Her proud parents, Jennifer and Russ Dunn-Foster, write: "We are happy to announce the birth of Josephine Alexandra Dunn-Foster. She was born on Friday, January 15, 1999 at 2:47 pm. She weighed 6 pounds 2 ounces and was 19 1/2 inchs."
