We decided to spend another Thanksgiving vacation visiting Puerto Rico.
November 25: Stayed in San Juan. Went to the Bacardi distillery.
The distillery is across the bay from Old San Juan -- this is the view of Castillo San Felipe del Morro (El Morro).
Before heading to the distillery, we ate lunch at Restaurante El Vigia
The surf lapped against the rocks right under where we were eating.
Bacardi time! Sadly, drinks are no longer free - you gotta take a tour to get a drink.
And they don't offer you tastes of their expensive varieties.
One guy (in the yellow shirt) seems a bit tipsy.
View of the "Cathedral of Rum" from the check-in and "no-longer-free" drink area.
Told ya they call this the "Cathedral of Rum"
View from the Cathedral, looking across the bay to El Morro.
Look closely and you'll see a rainbow!
If there's a train, Bill will photograph it.
After mixing (and tasting) a few drinks in the "Mixology class", we were wiped.
