We joined with other members of our synagogue on a mission to Cuba,
where we visited other synagogues, a Jewish cemetery, and saw other aspects of life in Cuba.

We stayed at the Melia Cohiba hotel in Havana for most of the trip.
This is part of the view we had every day: old cars being used as taxicabs, and the ocean visible in the distance.
